Easter at Lathcoats
The Easter Trail
Join us on our Easter Trail running from the 23rd March to the 13th April (Monday to Saturday, 9-5).
Book by clicking on the image below:
The Easter Bunny and his friends are practicing for the Bunny Olympics this summer. They'd love you to have a go too and along the trail you'll find the letters that spell out their favourite sports equipment. There are 10 letters to find. Unscramble them to find the sport that puts a spring in their step.
Complete the activity sheet as you meet the challenges along the Easter trail, then head to the farm shop to collect your prize.
Access to the Easter Trail, activity sheet, pencil and prize is £4.50 per participant when you book ahead online (£5 for on the day purchases). No more than 2 non-paying participants can attend with 1 paying participant.

Would you like to welcome in the Spring and your Easter guests with a wreath you've made yourself? If so, please join Becs for a wreath making workshop at Lathcoats Farm!
Becs is a professional gardener with 15 years experience and loves to create natural decorations that reflect the beauty of our countryside and its changing seasons.
All materials and a full demonstration (with hands on assistance, if requested!) will be provided.
Pre-booking is required as spaces are limited. All wreaths are made from fresh stems, with catkins and seasonal flowers, feathers and Easter decorations, so your wreath is entirely personal and utterly unique.
A drink and cake from The Bee Shed Coffee House is also included as part of the workshop*
*options will be presented on the day

Please note these events take place in an open barn, please dress for the weather!
The course will be run by Catherine Tregaskes, an experienced and award winning basket-maker and willow weaver.
We are offering a half day course to weave 2 flower designs or a full day course to make your own Easter basket.
Both include a coffee/cake* from the Bee Shed Coffee House and the Easter basket full day course also includes a lunch*.
No qualifications are required, however you do need reasonable dexterity and strength in your hands in order to be able to manipulate the willow.
Willow is a natural material and has been stored in a garage and soaked in an outdoor tank. Please wear older clothes (eg gardening clothes) to the course or bring an apron. Wash hands before eating, after handling the willow.
*options will be presented on the day
Remember the farm shop has all your Easter gifts, decorations and chocolate needs covered whilst the Bee Shed will be cooking up breakfast, lunch and delicious cakes to keep you fuelled along your trail.
Make your trip extra special with an Easter animal experience run by All Things Alpaca!
