Pick Your Own Apples (usually available late September to end of October)
Our PYO apple orchard is now closed until 2024.
Please park in our usual Long Stay Car Park and head to the farm shop to pick up any bags or if you need to weigh your container prior to filling it. The staff here will give you directions to the PYO orchard.
When you arrive at the orchard you will see a sign with instructions followed by 13 rows which will be available to pick as long as the variety is ripe and ready.
All the rows with apples for picking will be marked with a ladder and picking bucket. Please obey any signs which suggest that a particular variety is not yet ready for picking.
When you have finished picking please take your fruit to the farm shop to be weighed and paid for. On our busier days we will be able to take payment in the orchard.
Unfortunately we cannot accept any dogs in our orchards for health and safety reasons.
Varieties available in the orchard:
Lord Lambourne, Pinova, Cornish Gilliflower, Temptation, Kidd's Orange, Meridian, Adam's Pearmain, Joyce's Choice, Lathcoats Red, Honeycrisp, Topaz, Braeburn, Crispin. (not all ripe and ready at the same time, please obey signs at the beginning of the rows).
